Gabe is a data-driven people and process leader with 15+ years of professional research experience, 10+ years in recruiting, and 5+ years defining and executing sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical talent in agency and in-house environments.
Gabe has experience recruiting in hyper-growth startups, executive search firms, and large public tech companies. Gabe has experience recruiting in several industries, including software as a service, industrial and warehouse automation, manufacturing, automotive, nonprofits, eCommerce, logistics, fulfillment, research science, and transportation.
Gabe is certified in DE&I in the workplace and a certified Behavioral Elements Guide.
